Dr Ashok Jashapara is an internationally recognised expert in the field of knowledge management and senior lecturer in knowledge management at Royal Holloway, University of London. Knowledge management an integrated approach

It is a wonderful textbook for undergraduate students. All chapters except chapter2 are considered excellent materials for teaching knowledge management course at undergraduate level.
