Jeff Scot Philips is a certified nutritionist, a professional speaker, and an entrepreneur. At the age of twenty-three he founded his first company, Break The Cycle, where he filled auditoriums for nutrition workshops. Wanting to offer more than just advice to his audiences, Jeff then founded Fit Food, a food delivery company that sold healthy meals to gyms, hospitals, and schools. He then cofounded a food manufacturing business, producing and private labeling meals for other companies.
